Terms of Service

These terms cover use of OnboardFlow, a client-onboarding portal that lets an agency collect files, answers, and approvals from their clients through a private link. By creating an account or using a link sent to you by an agency, you agree to these terms.

The service

Agencies create campaigns and share a unique link with their client. That link is the client's access — there is no separate client account or password. Whatever the client submits (files, text answers) is visible to the agency that created the campaign, and to no one else.

Your responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of what they collect from their clients and for how they use it afterward. Don't use OnboardFlow to collect or store anything you don't have the right to collect, and don't share a client's access link with anyone who shouldn't have it — it's the only thing standing between a client's submission and the public.

No warranty

OnboardFlow is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of bugs.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
